What does the Draft Tairāwhiti Music Strategy mean to you ?

Over the past year, more than 500 musicians, bands, music groups and audience members have taken the time to tell us about their experience of making and enjoying music in Tairāwhiti.

This information is being used to map the music sector here, develop a music strategy - and help attract the resources we need to help us all fulfil our creative potential.

The key findings, as well as a suggested way forward, were presented at a hui at Smash Palace on Thursday February 8th - and this was filmed via YouTube livestream.
